You can exchange or refund your order within 60 days as long as it has not been worn or removed from the main package.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a restocking/handling fee.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund according to the following return options:
Returns made with a gift receipt will receive refunds via store credit.
Custom and Bulk orders (5 or more) are not returnable unless an error has been made via FabandGO Company. Please contact us prior to placing a bulk order if you are wanting to place one but unsure if you'll need to be returning them.
Any piece marked as a final sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due it is the customer's responsibility. FabandGO will not reimburse additional charges.
